An agency's entire work in one place
Avenir OS is an operating system for a marketing agency: from idea to invoice. Projects, tasks, the content plan, time spent, finance, the team and a knowledge base — across 16 sections. It is our own product: we work in it every day, which is why it fits a real process.

Where we started
Agency work scattered across ten places
Tasks in one tracker, the budget in a spreadsheet, the client agreement in a chat, the content plan in another file. Each works fine on its own — nothing connects them.
- Whether a project made money — you find out after the month closes
- When someone leaves, the knowledge in their head leaves too
- The same data gets typed in three times
- To learn the status, the lead asks each person separately
One flow from idea to invoice
Every task belongs to a project, every project to a client and to money. An idea starts on the brainstorm board, becomes a task, enters the content plan, accrues hours and ends up on an invoice.
- Project and client profitability show in real time
- A knowledge base — rules, templates, checklists and onboarding
- Role-based access: seven roles, each with its own view
- Data is entered once and used everywhere
What is inside the system
Screens from the live system. The figures come from a demo account.
Agency dashboard
The lead's home screen. Finance on top: revenue, profit, margin, cashflow, receivables and the value in the pipeline. Plan versus actual for 2026 below: for each metric the actual, the target and the forecast on one line.
- Period: month, quarter or year
- Plan progress as a coloured bar — 108.7% or 51.9%
- Twelve-month trend: revenue and profit separately

Finance and profitability
Invoices, payments, expenses, budgets, P&L, revenue and payroll — in one section. The important part is at the bottom: a list of which client and which project actually earned what.
- Month-to-date figures and the change against last month
- Receivables with the count of overdue invoices
- Runway — how many months the reserve covers
- Six-month cashflow: revenue, spend and profit on one chart

Brainstorm board
An infinite canvas: sticky notes, connections, drawing and text. A session starts as a draft, ideas get linked, and the chosen ones turn straight into tasks.
- The team works together — you can see who is online
- A session can be scheduled and kept as a draft
- An AI helper groups the ideas

Knowledge base
The agency's written memory. On day one a new hire opens the "How to use Avenir" guide and walks through it step by step — without pulling anyone else away.
- Rules, templates and specs, checklists, onboarding
- By discipline: SMM, performance, production, influencer
- Per client: tone of voice and brand guides
- Restricted sections — financial rules and client agreements

Avenir AI — in development
The next step: an assistant working on the data the system has already collected. You ask in plain language and the answer comes from the company's own numbers. We show it openly, because clients should know what to expect.
- Risk detection: overdue receivables, deals that have stalled
- Predictive analytics: revenue and cashflow forecasts
- Explainability: the AI shows which figures it leaned on
- Under the hood: NLP, an ML pipeline, RAG, API integration

What changed
Project and client profitability does not wait for month end — it is on the dashboard.
Rules and templates are written down: a new hire starts contributing on day one.
The task, the hours and the invoice all grow from the same record.
